International orders

If you live outside of Sweden, you are welcome to order from our store!

Here’s how the process works for international customers:

1. All international orders are processed manually. To place an order, send us an email with the following details:

   • List of desired products
   • Your name
   • Address
   • Mobile phone number

2. Quote and Shipping Cost: We will respond with a quote that includes the actual shipping cost. If you are satisfied with the quote, proceed to the next step.

3. Payment and Shipment:

   • Transfer the specified amount to our bank.
   • We will then ship the products and provide tracking information.

4. Pricing Details:

   • Our website lists prices in SEK (Swedish kronor) and includes 25% VAT.
   • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, misprints, or inaccuracies.

5. EU Orders:

   • If you order from within the EU, you pay Swedish VAT, following the same process.

6. Non-EU Countries:

   • For countries outside the EU, we deduct the Swedish VAT.
   • We subtract 20% from the sales price. For example, 100 SEK x (-20%) = 80 SEK.
   • Note: It is in error to deduct 25%; when adding VAT back, it becomes 80 SEK x 25% = 100 SEK.
